Every Zenara creation is handmade, natural, and energy-infused - prepared especially for you. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

However, if your order arrives broken or damaged, please share a recorded video of the unboxing as proof within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will happily replace the damaged item with love and care.

We are unable to accept any claims without a valid unboxing video.
